Secure Long-Term Containment of Polluted Runoff
The ToggleBlok® On-Seating Valve is designed to provide reliable and secure containment of polluted runoff in high-risk areas. Installed at the outlet of a drainage system, the valve uses the natural water pressure of the contained liquid to push the flap tightly against the seal, ensuring a watertight closure.
This configuration is ideal for firewater containment and environmental protection in emergency situations where contaminated water needs to be securely held for extended periods. By leveraging the pressure of the liquid itself, the on-seating valve holds back even large volumes of polluted material, turning the chamber into an effective catchment vessel for safe disposal.
During standard operation, the flap remains fully open, allowing unrestricted flow. In the event of activation, the valve closes within seconds and locks securely, preventing any release.
