Intelligent Valve Control Without the Power Dependency
The ToggleBlok® Control System provides reliable pneumatic valve activation without the need for mains services or complex infrastructure. Housed in a compact, standalone control unit, the system can be wall, post or floor mounted (with a concrete pad) within 20 metres of the connected valve.
The control box is battery-powered with optional solar or trickle charging, providing uninterrupted operation for 5 – 7 days even without power. This removes the need for costly UPS systems (typically required with penstock valves).
The ToggleBlok control system supports direct operation or integration with a range of monitoring and alert systems, including:
- Fire alarms
- Water quality monitoring (pH, turbidity, oil)
- SMS activation
- Remote call points (RACP)
- The unit also provides live status feedback, confirming valve position (open/closed) and fault conditions if activation fails.
