On-Seating Pollution Containment System

Automated pollution containment system engineered for rapid, full-bore isolation of drainage networks during spill, firewater, and flood events

Secure Long-Term Containment of Polluted Runoff

The ToggleBlok® On-Seating System is designed for reliable containment of polluted runoff in high-risk environments. Installed on the outlet of a chamber or headwall, it uses the pressure of the retained liquid to assist sealing, delivering a secure, leak-tight closure.

This configuration is particularly suited to firewater and large-volume spill events, where contaminated water must be safely contained for extended periods. By utilising hydraulic pressure, the system maintains sealing performance even under high head conditions.

During normal operation, the valve remains fully open, allowing unrestricted flow. Upon activation, it closes rapidly and mechanically locks, preventing any uncontrolled discharge.

Unlike flow control valves, the system is purpose-designed for pollution containment.
